To Whom It May Concern,
I have been involved in commercial real estate for some 48 years both in remodeling and new construction. I have never worked with a contractor that was as cooperative as Ken Wagner of Wagner 3 Ventures, Inc. during the construction of the Temple for the New Jewish Congregation. There was no way we could have had a better, more cooperative contractor. We are considering an addition to the present Temple and I fully expect Ken Wagner of Wagner 3 Ventures, Inc. to build it.
Dave Abrams,
Chairman Building Committee The New Jewish Congregation

RE: Wagner 3 Ventures, Inc.
I have been working with Ken Wagner for many years here in the Central Florida area. Since 2005 I have been working with Mr. Wagner under his corporate name Wagner 3 Ventures, Inc.
I have always found Mr. Wagner and his staff to be knowledgeable and quite competent in the construction business. We have worked on numerous projects together and to my knowledge all the projects have been successful and completed without incident.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Wagner and Wagner 3 Ventures, Inc.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
Respectfully,

I have known the Wagner family for over forty years. Ken’s father, “Woody”, is a retired General Contractor, past Chairman of the Board of First Federal Savings Bank of Lake County, and a highly respected member of the community. Ken is following in his father’s footsteps.
After graduation from the University of Florida in 1979, Ken went into the construction business working for Ro-Mac Lumber Company, then as a builder for Harbor Hills. He and his father then formed a Construction Company. He subsequently went into partnership with an out of state Wagner Construction Company as Wagner Construction Company, LLC. He later sold out his interest in that company and established Wagner 3 Ventures.
Ken and I have been associated on several projects for which I was the Architect, including the Family Life Center for Morrison Methodist Church, First Federal Villages Branch Office, Strimenos Hanger and CenterState Bank, Eustis Branch (currently under construction).
I have found Ken to be fair and honest in all his dealings and an excellent General Contractor. I cannot recommend him too highly.
Very truly yours,
Jack R Jones, AIA

Dear Pat:
Ken Wagner has provided general contracting services on various projects on which we have provided professional architectural services. The building types have included industrial buildings, churches, medical facilities, dental offices, and custom residences.
Ken is a very knowledgeable and competent contractor as well as being a skilled craftsman. He is prompt with submittals and keeps projects on schedule. Project supervision is a strong point with him and in my opinion the most important task to assure that the projects are being constructed properly.
I have enjoyed working with Ken for many years and look forward to a continuing working relationship with him in the future. I have no reservations in recommending Ken Wagner for any project he wishes to pursue.
Respectfully,
John S. Dickerson, AIA, NCARB
