Wagner3 Ventures, Inc. and the Wagner family have been in business as General Contractors since 1989. The 3 in Wagner3 represents our three generations of licensed General Contractors:
Woody, Ken, and Adam Wagner. Woody, Ken’s father and also a general contractor, has worked in the industry for more than 50 years. Since his retirement, he continues to build and remains a construction consultant.Ken Wagner, owner of Wagner3, incorporated his first construction company in 1989, and today, has incorporated Wagner3, so he and his son Adam can continue a family tradition of quality and cost- efficient construction.
