Ken has nearly 30 years of experience as a contractor and metal building specialist, and over the last 15 years has expanded his building expertise from residential and light commercial to large commercial, including industrial metal buildings and roofing replacement. We employ a work force experienced in framing, concrete, trim work, general carpentry, remodeling, replacing and installing doors and windows, erecting steel buildings and more.

Whether you’re looking for new construction, or restoration of residential or commercial buildings, Wagner3’s team maintains strong relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and permitting agencies, consulting on design procedures and costing. This helps the project timeline and overall expense, and allows us to do everything possible to make sure plans are thorough and complete from the beginning to minimize changes along the way.

We keep customers informed by staying in touch so decisions and choices can be planned for way ahead of time. Schedules are updated monthly. We hold weekly or bi-weekly meetings on site with the project manager, owner or owner’s representative and anyone involved in that phase. We sweat the small details, like keeping the job site clean, as well as the big ones – so you don’t have to.

Timely completion of all projects, maintaining a professional yet personal relationship with our customers, and service after completion have resulted in our 65% repeat client base.

We currently have ongoing projects in Lake, Marion, and Sumter Counties. In the past, we have had projects from Alachua County to Hillsborough County and are currently looking to expand.
